10 meter QRPP beacon from Italy, listed at 20 August 2008 via Sporadic E-Layer. Frequency is 28.322 MHz.
Suddenly at 13:31 UTC the beacon signal appeared, fieldstrength was growing up to 599+30 at 13:34 UTC, and fading out at 13:52 UTC.
